You simply must try Engadine specialities such as capuns, a traditional Bünden dish where various ingredients are wrapped in chard leaves and served with a delicious sauce. You can choose between a meat or vegetarian option. The ‘Pizokel-Pfanne’, a popular pastry dish from Graubünden, is served at the Restaurant Bellaval with local Engadine sausage and Bünden cheese.
