In addition to the attentive and personal service and the culinary pampering units, this includes relaxing hours in our small but fine wellness area at Hotel Bellaval.

Here everything is under the sign of relaxation, rest and regeneration. Trained hands take care of tired muscles or awaken new vital energy through gentle stroking and kneading. Beauty comes to the fore during a beauty treatment and makes you look radiant again.

The 120 square meter wellness area leaves nothing to be desired in order to start your next vacation adventures in Scuol relaxed and refreshed. Besides a Finnish dry sauna, the aroma steam bath, as well as an infrared cabin, the swimming pool invites you to switch off. While floating weightlessly in the warm water, you come to rest and then fall into gentle sleep on the lounger, wrapped in a cozy bathrobe.

A relaxing day of rest involves letting your mind wander - and ideally putting your feet in the pleasantly warm swimming pool with its 31.5 °C water temperature. Small guests also enjoy splashing around in the child-friendly pool or doing their first swimming exercises.

If you want to enhance the wellness effect even more, you can do your body good with a massage. Let yourself be pampered by the trained masseurs at the Hotel Bellaval in Scuol and consciously feel the pleasant body sensation in the relaxation room.

Our swimming pool is open from 7.00 a.m. to 7.30 p.m., sauna and steam bath are open from 2.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (earlier opening on request and by appointment).
All massage and cosmetic treatments can be booked at the reception.
Bath towel and bathrobe are in the closet in the room. Bathing shoes are available in the anteroom or on request at the reception.
The entrance to the wellness oasis is on the first floor to the right of the passenger lift.

Sauna and steam bath

Whether it's after an active day of hiking, biking or skiing, or a leisurely sledding trip with the whole family, in the Finnish sauna at 90 °C
or in the aroma steam bath at 45 °C, you are guaranteed to feel warm, and not just around the heart.

Infrared cabin

If the heat of the sauna quickly goes to your head, you can relax perfectly in the pleasant warmth of the infrared cabin. Thanks to the infrared light and its low temperatures, the health benefits such as purification, pain relief and loosening of tense joints can be fully exploited.

Alternative bathing possibilities in the vicinity

Besides the largest wellness pool "Erlebnisbad Bogn Engiadina", which is only about 900 meters away from the Hotel Bellaval, Scuol offers other possibilities for bathing mermaids to let off steam. The outdoor pool Trü is especially popular in summer and is less than 500 meters away. The family pool Zernez can be reached in about 35 minutes by Rhaetian Railway or by car.

When is the wellness area open?

The indoor pool is open daily from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. The sauna and steam bath operate from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Upon request and prior reservation, both can be heated earlier.

What is the pool water temperature?

Our indoor pool is maintained at a comfortable temperature of 31.5°C (88.7°F), making it ideal for both adults and children learning to swim. Parents have a duty of care.

Welche Wellness-Einrichtungen stehen zur Verfügung?

Our wellness oasis includes an indoor pool with massage jets, sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and a relaxation room. Massages can be booked at reception and are best reserved before arrival.

Are bathrobes and towels provided in the room?

Yes, you will find a bathrobe and a bath towel in the wardrobe in your room. On request, we can provide you with
disposable slippers free of charge. We lend out men’s swimming trunks for a deposit of CHF 20. For environmental reasons, we ask you to bring your own slippers.

How far is the Engadin Bad Scuol mineral spa from the hotel?

The Bogn Engiadina water park (mineral baths in Scuol) is just around 900 metres from the Hotel Bellaval. The Trü outdoor pool (open from June to the end of August) is less than 500 metres away.
