We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We prefer cash, debit cards or
Postcard. The nearest cash machine (Graubündner Kantonalbank) is located at the station, just 100
metres from the hotel.

Yes. For double rooms used by a single guest, we offer a 30% discount on the room rate.

Check-in is guaranteed between 2 pm and 11 pm. Luggage can be left with us from 8 am onwards
if your room is not yet ready. Check-out is between 7 am and 11 am, or by 9 pm the evening before. Late check-out can be arranged on request for an additional charge.

We kindly ask you to inform us of any allergies or food intolerances (e.g. lactose intolerance, coeliac disease, etc.) at the time of booking, if possible – or at the latest upon arrival at reception. Only then will we be able to purchase all the necessary fresh food and ingredients for you. Thank you very much!

Terms and conditions vary depending on the season. Summer (mid-June to the end of October): free of charge up to 7 days before arrival,
50% charge 2–6 days before arrival, 100% charge for no-shows. Winter (21 December to Easter Sunday): free of charge up to 60 days
before arrival, 30% charge up to 30 days before arrival, 100% charge from 29 days before arrival. Cancellations are only valid with written confirmation
of cancellation.

Dogs are very welcome if booked in advance and can stay at Bellaval free of charge (excluding food and equipment). You are welcome to bring your beloved four-legged friend with you at mealtimes. We will be happy to reserve a table for you in the à la carte restaurant (Arven-Stübli) for breakfast and dinner.

The following cancellation terms apply during the winter season (21 December to Easter Sunday)
Up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
Up to 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount
From 29 days before the agreed arrival date or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the total amount

In the event of a travel warning from the FOPH or closure of the ski resort, free cancellation is of course possible.
For all other cases, such as accident, illness or work-related reasons, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Yes, the visitor’s tax is CHF 5.00 per person per night all year round and is not included in the room rates.
For short stays of up to 2 nights, as well as for weekend and public holiday bookings, a
surcharge of CHF 10.00 per person per night may apply.
