With the Bellaval luxury half-board
Culinary delights are a matter of course in Scoul, especially at the Hotel Bellaval. The hotel’s own restaurant stands out not only thanks to specialities from the Engadine region but also exceptional traditional Swiss cuisine and international dishes. The chef serves his guests real culinary delights each and every day - as part of the inclusive Bellaval luxury half-board! The culinary experience begins in the morning at the rich breakfast buffet, and continues with the ‘Z’vieri buffet’ in the afternoon (during the winter season), reaching a high with the 5-course evening meal with vegetarian option. The kitchen crew will be happy to adapt their culinary delights to suit a gluten-free or lactose-free diet.
You simply must try Engadine specialities such as capuns, a traditional Bünden dish where various ingredients are wrapped in chard leaves and served with a delicious sauce. You can choose between a meat or vegetarian option. The ‘Pizokel-Pfanne’, a popular pastry dish from Graubünden, is served at the Restaurant Bellaval with local Engadine sausage and Bünden cheese.
A cosy get-away in traditional surroundings
If you’d like to enjoy a delicious cocktail or a glass of wine as you take in the sunset over the Engadine mountains, you’ll find the perfect cosy place on our sun terrace with panoramic views of the Engadine Dolomites. You can always see the evening out in the cosy, traditional bar, featuring Swiss stone pine details. Aside from the food and drink, this atmosphere of wellbeing is a solid part of Scuol’s approach to enjoyment.
Convivial evenings eating and drinking
Plenty of guests have had unforgettable nights at the rustic ‘Jagd-Stübl’, the popular gem of the Hotel Bellaval. It’s here that the hotel’s director and wine lover Thomas Schulze enjoys presenting his guests with a lovely drop of vintage wine.
In winter, the ‘Fondue-Stübli’ invites guests to come in and recover after an active day on the slopes of the Motta-Naluns or the countless signposted winter hiking trails: the hotel will spoil you with traditional raclette, cheese fondue or fondue chinoise. The perfect way to end any day of your holiday the typically Swiss way.
